1. Agreement

These terms govern access to the LocnLock website and any related services provided by Rahman Mubarok. The desktop software is also subject to the End User License Agreement.

2. Product status

Features, availability, release timing, platform support, and pricing displayed before commercial launch may change. Planned pricing is not a binding offer; the Microsoft Store presents the final purchase terms at the point of sale.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not:

• Use LocnLock in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to interfere with the website, the application, or other users.
• Misrepresent affiliation with LocnLock or redistribute modified builds deceptively.
• Use the product to store information they are not authorized to possess.

4. User responsibility

Users are responsible for their master password, backups, exported plaintext .env files, device security, and compliance with workplace policies. Forgotten master passwords cannot be recovered by the operator.

5. Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by law, pre-release materials and services are provided as available without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular security or compliance requirement.

6. Liability and governing law

Liability limits, mandatory consumer protections, dispute procedures, and governing law must be finalized for Republic of Indonesia before these terms are published.
